Think Artificial YouTube Channel

I just put together a YouTube Think Artificial Channel as an experiment. For those unfamiliar Channels, they are a user’s collection of videos (neatly categorized) that others can view and subscribe to. Up until this point I hadn’t used YouTube channels, but seeing as I often post YouTube videos, I thought it might as well be good to actually keep a collection of them all in one place — along with the various videos I like but don’t get around blogging about.

Currently, I’ve created the following categories (Playlists) for the 61 videos I’ve collected:

  • Animatronics
  • Home Robots
  • Human Augmentation
  • Humanoid Robots
  • Mechanical Art
  • Miscellaneous
  • Quadrupeds (robots)
  • Robotic Vehicles
  • Think Artificial Featured Videos
  • Transforming Robots
  • Underwater Robots

As you can see, these are mostly robots or robotics related. But if this turns out to be a nifty idea I’ll be adding different and more varied categories as time goes on. To access this list, click “Playlists” on the Channel front-page. Note that if you’re a registered YouTube user you can subscribe to the channel and receive notifications of added videos.

  1. I like this theme. I used it earlier on when it was a little more buggy, so I had to stop using it but this looks quite nice.

  2. Hi, got to your site from onemansblog, checked your channel and seemed pretty interesting so i subscribed to it hehe took me 10 minutes to find the small subscribe link! the theme of the site is great, easy on the eyes, good luck!

Thanks for the compliments on the look and for subscribing — hope you find the collection interesting, I unfortunately don’t have time to create & maintain my own theme. Thankfully there are others who’ve been kind enough to share theirs ;)

Do you mean the subscribe link here on Think Artificial, or on YouTube?

  4. I meant on youtube :)
