Hrafn Thorri Thorisson
I’m Hrafn Thorri Thórisson, from Reykjavik, Iceland. (My first name “Hrafn” means “raven” in Icelandic.) I study Computer Science at Reykjavik University under the APERIO program “for students who have shown outstanding examples of thought leadership and creativity.”
I do research on intelligent systems at the Center for Analysis and Design of Intelligent Agents (CADIA). I’m the founder of Iceland’s first and only A.I. association, the Icelandic Society for Intelligence Research (ISIR).

(My Research)
I’ve been studying intelligent systems for several years; exploring the origins, evolution and nature of creativity and how machines can be given creative abilities. This has earned some recognition, including Iceland’s National Young Scientists’ Award and a nomination for the Icelandic Presidential Innovation Award.
